We love loved the location, it was lovely to stay within the old town. All the thoughtful touches within the suite - the thick curtains to block out dawn so you could sleep in comfortably. The air con was on chilling the room beautifully as we arrived from a hot day of travelling. Breakfast thoughtful inclusions for all tastes.

All the instructions were perfectly clear, communication straightforward and fast. Absolutely no issues with check in, keys collection or assistance from the host.The apartment was just wonderful - located right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. Not only was the place well equipped ( shower and the welcome gift = 100% , ) it was utterly cosy and romantic. The host and the staff were very friendly and helpful - promptly answering our questions and messages. We were amazed and enjoyed our stay to the utmost. Massive thanks.

The hotel is more beautiful than the photos. people do not want to leave the hotel. clean sheets, bathroom, kitchen all thoughtful. It has an excellent garden. The sitting areas in the garden are very well arranged. A great place where you can rest your head in silence. we never wanted to leave. We sincerely hope to stay in this hotel again. We loved everything about this place. The room was big and comfortable with a huge bed. The courtyard was beautiful, everything was green with beautiful flowers and some benches to sit and relax while drinking a glass of wine in the evening. The staff were very attentive and ready to help. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, everything was homemade and very tasty and varied. We would came back in a heartbeat. I liked absolutely everything about Podere Spedalone. Tamara and Edoardo made us feel like family from our arrival to our departure, they were very helpful and kind, so special thanks to them and the rest of the staff also in the kitchen. I believe pictures don’t make justice to the place. It is like waking up in heaven every morning, the sunset was on point for the start of aperitivo. I strongly recommend having breakfast and dinner, it is worth every penny.

    Anna's house is really great. Every part of the house is beautifully decorated. It is located in the beautiful pastoral scenery of Tuscany, only 6 minutes' drive from beautiful Pienza. Anna is very warm and friendly and provides a rich breakfast. There are also cute dogs and cats. I hope to have the opportunity to come again!

    I was greeted on arrival and shown straight to my room, accompanied by the hosts dog Jack and Azia from the farm. The location is extremely rural and quiet with stunning panoramic views of Tuscany and the Val d'Orcia with Monte. Amiata in the distance, with plenty of green space to enjoy the views. Swifts were nesting in the alcove to the ground floor room which adds to the character. The accommodation is an authentically conveted famhouse, and my room was very spacious. A good breakfast was provided each morning and nice cappucino!
