The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

    Easy check in and communications, a big nice property, super safe, really pet friendly, with parking inside, great rooms (we've had the ground floor unit) nicely clean and cozy, and a really nice breakfast buffet. We've also had dinner on the restaurant right beside it (pretty comfortable as it is inside the same area with another administrators - a great dinner)

    This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.
