Everything was absolutely perfect! All of the personnel was so very kind! The room was spacious and as clean as home. The breakfast was excellent with delicious home-made cakes and the best scrambled eggs ever. The hotel is right opposite to the bus station that takes you to Venice and to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Venice.

Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

Apartment was extremely clean, with new and modern furniture. Also very spacious so it's perfect for families with 2 or 3 kids. Nice and secure parking available across the apartment building (in the hotel backyard). It's also perfectly located if you are planning to visit Venice. Bus station is around 50m from the building entrance and bus tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception. Hotel stuff will also provide all necessary information's including city maps.

    It is a charming rustical Italian villa. If you are looking for a relaxed place with friendly staff, this is a great place to stay. They are very dog-friendly and we felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I would recommend it and I plan to come again. They have spacious parking and it's very easy to travel around everywhere from this location. They have a great transfer to Venice as well. Very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner).

    Nicely located in a corn field. Less than 10 mints walk to the Mestre Ospedale train station. We traveled with our dog and everyone was very pet-friendly. There is also a restaurant on site next to the pool which serves amazing food, you will just need a reservation beforehand.
