Great facility, accessible and perfectly suited for a family. Absolutely amazing breakfast. The gastronomy shop is really good. But most iportantly - the staff and specifically Elena were so nice and welcoming. It felt like home for a few nights.

The staff is super helpful, nice and lovely. Great breakfasts and a lot of space for children to run and play. We have used tennis court extensively and it was just enough for our level (2). Wonderful view from the windows. Spacious room that are very tidy.

    The location of the hotel, with free parking, was good. The area was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had lots of character. There are two good-sized pools with sun loungers and chairs and a poolside snack bar.

    The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted with any requests we had. Location wise, it was within a 45 minute drive of any Umbrian POI.

    Even though there was limit staff during the days of my stay, the family run Residence went above and beyond to aid and resolve issues that came up. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and made for. Great location right near the highway to travel to nearby towns to explore.
