Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. You can easily get everywhere using the train or ferry. Thank you, Francesca!

I want to share my impressions of staying in these apartments. I have never met a better service than here. An incredibly cozy, new, clean, spacious apartment with everything you need for living, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you need to cook (not just breakfast), a large refrigerator, a capsule coffee maker, all the dishes are clean, new and aesthetic. The bathroom is equipped with everything down to the smallest detail, if you forgot your toothbrush on a trip, you can not worry, because when I first went into the bathroom, I saw two new toothbrushes, personal hygiene products and even a first aid kit. A beautiful basket with various snacks was waiting for us in the living room, it was very nice and caring. The hostess Lucrezia was simply incredible, she greeted us warmly, responded very quickly to all requests, and fulfilled them just as quickly. A very nice girl. And what an incredible view of the lake opens from all the windows of these apartments, and the cozy balcony, where we had breakfast and spent the evenings admiring the views. From Bellano, the town where the apartments are located, it is easy to get to Varenna by train (only 4 minutes), there is also a ferry, from the apartment itself to the train station and ferry crossing only 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend these apartments, by the way, they are suitable for both friends (there is a sofa in the living room, and a large comfortable bed in the bedroom, so it is suitable for a group of 4 people), and for a couple, there will be plenty of romance here). After this trip, only pleasant emotions remained. Thank you, Lucrezia,we will come back again for sure :)

Excellent host. Very helpful, accomodating, quick to respond to messages. Modern, clean, spacious, perfectly equipped accommodation with a large, comfortable terrace. Lake Como is always busy during summertime and getting a place in the heart of the major towns like Verenna, Melagio and Belagio can be really very expensive. An alternate is find a place in near by town which I really recommend if wish to experience the real side of lake Commo. So we decided to stay in a town which is short 10 mins drive from Varenna, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel apartment in Lake Como, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area made it easy to feel at home, and the private balcony offered breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning panorama each morning was truly a highlight of our trip. One of the standout features of this accommodation was its perfect location. Nestled in a quiet, scenic area, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close 10 mins drive to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, our stay at this Lake Como hotel apartment was nothing short of exceptional. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway in one of the most picturesque destinations in the world. Thank you for making our Lake Como experience so unforgettable.     A quiet place in a quiet town. Very close to the station, and no, you can't hear trains or the road. Located on a ground floor with a private entry, no staircases. A feeling you've got to an italian home and it's all for you. And of course, a very careful hostess. Thank you!

    Absolutely amazing location, very close to station, amazing bakery next door as well as a well stocked supermarket, also it's close to a beautiful waterfall. This apartment really felt like home. All the detailed maps and information were available at the apartment, it had all modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here.
