Initially, the hotel's facade exuded the charm of a typical 4-star establishment, with its modern lobby promising a delightful stay. However, reality struck hard upon entering our assigned room. Mold marred the walls, carpets were grimy, and the bathroom fixtures were corroded beyond recognition. The hotel were able to accommodate us with 2 kids and a dog with very little notice. It's in a great location for those of us passing through onto southern Italy but for those visiting Milan they also have a free shuttle to the station.
