The house had everything we needed, great decorations, clean and the balcony is a really great place to enjoy breakfast or chill in the evening. It's situated very conveniently ( great snorkeling at Ciclope beach, big supermarket nearby and places to eat- you must try Family food), close to Catania and highway entrance), park place in front. Car is necessary however. The host is very friendly and reachable. We were visited by Luna, a neighbor's cat, by the balcony as she loves to chill there silently, she was a nice surprise , clean and well behaved ( she's on a special diet please don't feed her:). We had a wonderful week at Alesia's home and definitely recommend it.

A wonderful little hotel, privately run, in a perfect location for a stay in the center of Aci Castello. The rooms are well designed and modern hinting on style and luxury, while the breakfast "room" is unique, being situated in a small enclosed garden/inner court. The welcome is very warm, friendly and personal while also being very time efficient. Wonderful experience overall! Thank you so much.

Everything was really uncomplicated, Camilla was really friendly and we could even stay for two more nights spontaneously. The appartement is just amazing containing everything you need, even a coffee machine. The view from the balcony is an absolute highlight. Thw location is perfect too, very quiet but just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the city center with it's nice restaurants and cafés. I would absolutely recommend staying in Scià sul Mare!

The apartment was great and very clean which I appreciated. I needed help with finding public transport schedule and the owner helped me. There was a coffee machine and snacks prepated for me which was very thoughtful. This stay was amazing. Thank you again.

    Perfect stop to visit Catania area. Newly refurbished 2 bedrooms flat, parking, great Host availability, close to sea side restaurants ,(walking distance) , ideal to visit Taormina (45 mn), Etna ( recommended agency), Catania (20mn) and Syracuse (1h). For us family with kids it was ideal starting points, rather than staying in Catania and get the hassle of getting around by car in the ZTL zone and getting the risks of fine.
