My stay at this homestay was truly amazing. You know that special feeling when you are somewhere new but it feels just like home, and you already know you would love to return? That’s exactly how it felt here. The room was very clean, and the views from the balcony were simply breathtaking. Benny and his family were extremely welcoming and kind, and the food was delicious. Benny helped me with everything — from arranging a driver to recommending activities and extra attractions. It was a perfect stay. I can honestly say this was one of the highlights of my trip to Kerala, and I left with wonderful memories.

We had a fantastic 3 nights stay at Thoppil. Very beautiful surroundings with waterfall and swimming possibilities, clean and cozy room and absolutely delicious homemade Kerala food. It is easy to go to Munnar by local bus, car or tuk tuk. The owners are so friendly and gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do. They helped us book a half day hike with a guide in the tea plantations, which was very beautiful and memorable. We highly recommend to stay at Thoppil homestay!

I had a fantastic stay at this off-grid property! Shafi and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The food was amazing—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing. We had a great stay here in beautiful Munnar at Vinu's nice place. The room was clean and the bed was soft. It was nice to sit on the balcony terrace and look at the great scenery of Munnar. Vinu was active and organized a nice program for us according to our wishes. Vinu confirmed our wishes in advance and welcomed us and made sure we got there safely.

The location of this hotel is spectacular! The lush greenery and wonderful scenery makes it worth the steep climb to the hotel. We had breakfast and buffet dinner at the restaurant for the entirety of our stay and the food was delicious. The restaurant team is especially hard working and are attentive to the minutest needs of their guests. Really hospitable, sweet and friendly! Very beautiful hotel, well maintained property and welcoming people. We especially liked their hosting of evening tea and refreshments for their guests, which was on the house.

One of the best value for money accommodations I know of in Kerala. It is an apartment with two areas, large windows to the garden with splendid mountain views. Comfortable, quiet, super spacious. Abundant and delicious breakfast every day at the door. The trekking path to the tea plantations, not at all busy, passes right in front of the house

I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.

    this property is located at quite place close to the the river side and importantly away from the traffic. Rooms are very clean and spacious with lots of spaces outside as well. Pet friendly Homestay. Food was awesome and served with happy face (we felt like we went to our friends / relatives house). l love the entire family members for their affection showed to us during the stay. you won’t miss lovely dog called Bunto - cute boy 😀 Thank you and we are planning to visit and stay for your gesture & food 🍱

    Everything, it is a homestay in one word, you feel at home. Exceptional hospitality, highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with little kids. They will cook anything for your kid (even if they don't know, they will get it done). The food is also really good. It is a calm and quiet location, let you refresh from busy life. And icing on the cake is the pet dog Buto, such a sweet guy.
