The host family was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The breakfast was truly spectacular, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. Additionally, they offered welcome drinks and tea and coffee. They offered us a fantastic backwaters tour that includes a delicious homemade breakfast, a 3-hour boating session, and an amazing lunch. Overall stay was fabulous!!

The accommodation is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The location is quiet and directly on the river. You can also walk to some rice fields nearby. Food is good. The host David knows a lot about India and is happy to share his experiences. He is really helpful and arranged everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay with Jose and his family at Kallapura Homestay. Their home is tucked away in a quiet corner of Alleppey (but still a 10 min walk from the boat jetty and town), and he and the staff were very accommodating. I wasn’t feeling well one of the nights, and they made me a special dinner to help me recover. They also arranged early morning kayaking for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall one of the better places we’ve stayed in Kerala.

The propriety itself is beautiful and right on the water. The rooms were large with en-suite and everything we needed. The real showstopper is the staff. Bibin and his team have been extremely kind and helpful by helping us organise transport, laundry, complimentary dinner and breakfast, everything was top notch, can’t recommend staying here enough!

Perfect Stay We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house! The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the beach, which was the most important thing for us. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to a quiet beach made our trip unforgettable. Our room was a bit small, but it didn’t matter because the amazing setting more than made up for it. The host, Emmanuel, was incredibly kind and responsive. Even though we arrived very late (our bus was delayed, and we didn’t get there until 2 AM), he was in constant communication and made sure we had a smooth check-in. Throughout our stay, Emmanual gave us great advice and recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. His hospitality was outstanding! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway. Thank you, Emmanual!

The host is very friendly and helpful. He spoke good english and could help us with whatever we needed from Taxis to boat rides. The house has a large open plan, good AC and good wifi. The location is quite central between the back waters, the town and the beach, can get anywhere in a 3km tut tut.

JeeHaa Homestay has been one of my favourite places I have stayed in India! Freddie the host is an incredible human with the most warm, relaxing energy. He is super kind and helpful! The room was very comfortable and location is great, only 1 minute walk to the beach. Great cafes and resteraunts near by. Stay here for the most relaxing, homely vibe. I'll definitely stay again next time😊
