I absolutely adored our stay here. The grounds were like stepping back into the early 1800s. The views of the expansive fields framed the majestic horses…if you have a love of immersing yourself back in time, this place will make you smile! Like all old things, it is quirky. It is still a working farm and it’s trying to expand into the guest lodging world. The 2 bedroom suites are spacious and well appointed. The 2 bedrooms are separated perfectly by the kitchen, living room area, giving guests a little separation. The guest accommodations is a new venture, so don’t expect perfection but for the quality of the space and the magnificence of the property, it is 100% worth every penny and I would recommend to all my friends. Think rustic working farm with very nice self-service accommodation. Be sure to take a tour of Rokeby House next door, the grounds, gardens, and the host is happy to share the history of the property.

Beautiful location and great facilities. Communal kitchen is well equipped and toilets and showers were kept clean through our stay. Holly yurt was spacious for family of 3 and a dog, and beds were comfy. We ordered a pizza pack and pizzas were delicious (pizza base, sauce, cheese and selection of fresh toppings - meat and veg). It's a self check in service and you don't really see the staff around but phone number is provided in case of any issues. We will definitely return and would recommend a stay at Rock Farm
