This little house is in a fabulous location, a short stroll from Oughterard village. Everything is brand new. The decor is beautiful. Beds really good quality and comfy. We brought our dog with us and she loved the secure garden. The welcome basket was a really nice touch...as was the Nespresso coffee maker. Really quiet and a great night's sleep.

Everything was amazing, starting with the staff. Bernhard and Petra were lovely and stayed up late to wait for us on the first day as we were delayed. Additionally they were amazing with our pet, Pilou. They prepared the room (extremely roomy) with extra bowls for water/food and a pet bed that Pilou loved! Breakfast was very tasty and diverse. The location was easy to reach by car and is amazingly quiet and pretty. You have views on the lake and a big fenced field in the back for pets that Pilou loved playing in with their pets (Special nod to Barnaby and Leroyd :D) Another thanks go to Petra and Bernhard for taking the time to discuss with us and answer our (very many) questions about Ireland and the process of moving there. If you’re searching for a place where you and your pet can unwind, connect, and make unforgettable memories, look no further than Leroy's Lodge. The host let us feel welcome, the house was waiting hitted for us which is very important at this time of the year. House clean and comfortable, far from all noises, thou in a short distance to nice restaurants. Well recomended. Definitely will stay there again 🤗

Both Kevin and Rose and their teams were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfasts superb. We had lunch on the Terrace, and dinner in the Wilde ,and very much enjoyed both. The person who cleaned our room did a great job, and the valet was exceptional, taking us to Ashford Castle for dinner, and to the boat trip etc as well as parking and retrieving our car. Very quick to spot things. He was superb.Check-in was great. We arrived about 4pm on 19 March.Best Eggs Bene ever for breakfast ! Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights; warm and friendly atmosphere.Lovely food. Great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our treat to ourselves! Lunch on the patio was so relaxing! Great service and food there. Recommend the boat trip. All very relaxing. Check in was efficient and pleasant.

The cabin is the perfect spot to visit Conamara, Galway, Westport and even Achill Island. It is a great starting point for hikes and walks as well as scenic drives. The accomodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee and tea makers and much more. The beds are comfortable and the living room area is cosy. The fact that there is no WiFi was no problem for us as there was good data coverage. It is a quiet accomodation and the waterstream behind the cabin made it even more cozy. I can only recommend and most likely be back here, thank you! 😊
