Beautiful villa. The staff is very friendly, the bed is more than comfortable, the bathroom has a great shower and natural shampoos, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for making breakfast and coffee, a pool with nice warm water,... This villa made our entire trip to Lombok better.

The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

Putu and his wife went well out of their way to make my stay as nice and comfortable as possible from the moment I arrived. And while I arrived on very short notice and pretty late in the evening (30 minutes after booking and before them getting any notification), they still welcomed me openly and provided dinner. Amazing hospitality! They also helped me greatly in my trip planning and arranging for me transport and a tour to Mount Rinjani, while I couldn’t find any available spots. The accommodation is very spacious, clean, and very colorfully decorated, it was a joy to stay in. Air-conditioning in the room was well needed. An absolute topper overall, I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!

The house is well-finished, the furniture is truly wonderful. They were all very kind and then the free transport to and from the airport is a unique service. the complimentary minibar is truly a pampering. We will definitely be back next year!

We had such a beautiful stay at Palmhouse Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Everyone is so kind, the boys always friendly and helpful, and the ladies truly sweet and caring. A very special thank you goes to Pandre. He was always there for us whenever we had a question or needed something, and he made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. He really made a big difference in our time in Lombok.
