Irene was very helpful and friendly. She was waiting for us to hang over the keys and we were able to check-in even before the time it said on booking. She gave us a lot of useful tips. The room had a nice comfy terrace where Irene greeted us with coffee until we were ready to explore the island. Location is excellent, far from the touristic areas and still in a walkable distance to Skala city center (main city of Patmos). Air conditioning was working perfectly and super silent

Waking up everymorning with the sun rise just in front of me, the view of the bay and the Chora. It was magical. Also the breakfast was really good.

The owner and his wife were very kind and generous. He told us how to get around the island and gave good tips for restaurants etc. The property has lots of flowering trees and is surrounded by vegetable- and fruit-growing areas and chickens. You have a view up to the monastery and Chora, and it's very close to the port. We were able to use the hotel as a base waiting for the evening ferry.

    Wonderful place! In person it looks greater than in the photos here in booking. The facilities were renovated, the room was comfortable and clean, the location of the house ideal, and the staff was really friendly, and always willing to give helpful advice. Really value for money!
