Great location right in front of the beach and lot’s of beach restaurants nearby. You can also eat lunch or diner at the restaurant but we didn’t. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Lot’s of tasty choices at breakfast. You can have breakfast along the promenade with a view of the beach. So lovely. Very friendly, helpful staff in the hotel, but also at the beach, especially a young girl named Nancy, she was very helpful and polite. You can use sunbeds, umbrella and beach towels for free. We loved our stay.

The apartment was great, spacious enough, it had all amenities one may need. There were two air conditioners, one in each room, which is great for the really hot days. The bedroom was big with plenty of storage. Small suggestions to the owner - please, install some blinds or similar on the bathroom window, otherwise there is no privacy. Of course we managed with such a trivial thing so consider it as a tip. And maybe leave a broom, for people staying longer that would be useful (with all the sand) :) There is no parking, but the nearby streets offer a lot of space, and it is no more than 1-2 min walk from the property. The only downfall is that the house is on a busy street and it could by loud in the mornings, but after all this is Dimokratias, everything is located there :) We would choose it again.

The place is nice, clean, and comfortable. There’s a supermarket nearby, which was super convenient, and the beach is just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The best stay in Perea! I am sure we will come back. Highly recommended!! Everything was absolutely great. Nice and spacious house and very friendly host.It is clean, taken care of, and beautiful. There is a wonderful big terace,big kitchen and air conditioners in every room. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beach is next to you, there are a lot of beautiful restaurants and tavernas all around.

    This is the best hotel in this location! We were in the same hotel for the New Year's Eve and even then the service was perfect! They are really pet's friendly and their hospitality and staff are their assets! We are impressed and for sure we will be back :)
