The apartment and the host was great. We loved it. Every detail of the house has been careefully considered. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a quite place. We slept very well. There are parking spaces on the street. There is no parking problem. Also location is very good. 5-10 minutes walk to center. We prefer this because its to noise to noisy and no parking in the center. The host was very good, nice and kind. We felt at home. We didn't need anything else. We stayed 4 people. All of us were very happy about it. We highly recommend it. If we come to Kos agian, we definetly would stay here again.

We stayed 3 days in this house, everywhere was very clean, there was magnificient sea weav at the balcony, when we enter tne house there were suprises like a bottle of wine, tasty cake, in the fridge fresh eggs, the third day when we came the house we saw watermelons in front of the house, watermelons were delicious, we like all the suprises, inside the kitchen you can find whatever you need as kitchen utensils, our children like the house so much, if you want to silent and peaceful holiday at the Kefalos area, you must choose this house!

Location is more than perfect, near city center of Kos and beach is really close. Apartment is beautiful an cosy. You have everything for cocking, showering and more. Terrace is really nice and beautiful decorated. The host Mrs. Elsa is more than kind and everything you need you just have to ask and she will help you in a moment. She is perfect host :) !

Cozy, tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean one bedroom apartment in a newly renovated, lovely authentic house with a relaxing private seating area on the patio, covered with lots of green. Excellent location. Just a stone's throw from the port and the city center, but still in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, within just a few minutes' walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. Irini, our lovely and attentive host, made our stay a truly remarkable experience. We also enjoyed the traditional Greek cuisine at their family restaurant "Fidelio" in the city center. An absolute recommendation.

The location was easy to reach, free parking, friendly stuff. Very clean, bedsheets replaced every second day which is probably more often than needed. The pool was nice and warm (august) and very clean. Refrigerator, induction for cooking, air-conditioning... enough dishes in the kitchen. Simply but all what was needed for us. We love cats and there were two kittens and few other cats around, friendly if u like them but not disturbing you if you are not fan of them.

    Staff were wonderful Also very kind to my Dog Offered to Dog sit / walk when I went to Restaurant (!only place Pets Not allowed Bungalow was very nice ( And apparently the also have on offer even more Luxurious I had a lovely Sea view from mine The offered Water and a good Bottle of Rose Wine ( Property is on the Beach They had 2 large Pools One I was. ot keen onn the other lovely & peaceful durectly by the Beach Had 1/2 Board ( first time in my life ) The Food was good $ tasty
