The hotel was very nice as the room we stayed in. The atmosphere (people, staff) was marvelous. The food was excellent and last, but not least there was very easy to find a parking spot throughout the day.

We loved the hospitality of Nikos and his family. They invited us to breakfast when we arrived and let us stay as long as we wanted to, the day we traveled back home. They always had great recommendations for us and made us feel very comfortable. You can walk in around 20 minutes to the beach or a little town to get groceries, go to some restaurants, etc. We even walked to Zakynthos center which is a 25 min walk. We definitely recommend to rent a car for two days to enjoy the Island and other locations. Nikos arranged everything for us, the car was driven to our hotel and when we left it at the car rental two days later, they even drove us back to the hotel - great service:)

The location was really good. Close to the town with great restaurants, beach, sunbeds, etc. There's a community area with a coffee machine, possibility to make yourself tea (all available for free) etc. Or just to grab a book from a huge bookshelf and chill in the garden with a view of the sea. The studio also had a great views of the sunrise over the sea from it's balcony. There's a possibility to borrow a bike, scooter, car right from the owner. Anastasia was exceptionally nice and helpful with everything we needed. Extra charger? you got it. Borrow a car? sure. Keeping the car a little bit longer so we can see the turtles in the morning? absolutely. Beach towels? here you go. Calling the taxi? no problem. Check-in two days later because a flight cancellation? Oh well, that could happen to anyone. If we ever return back to Zakynthos we will surely book here again.

Staying at Prosilio Treehouses was an experience I’ll never forget. Surrounded by olive trees and birdsong, it’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The idea is “less is more,” but everything is so well thought-out that you still get the comfort of a five-star hotel—cozy bed, great shower, and little touches that make you feel at home. Waking up to the view from the terrace and ending the day under the stars was pure magic. I can’t wait to come back.

    Very enjoyable stay . Everything we needed for a relaxing few days . Beach is right at your doorstep . The owner is lovely and will help with anything you need. Great place to stay with kids, lots of room for them to play on the grass area . You will need a car to get around easily to visit other parts of the island. We loved the quietness of the location . A couple of little taverns along the beach walking distance to all. Also an upside was to be able to use the facilities of the neighbouring resort. Would definitely revisit.
