Everything was the same as it is written on booking.com . House of owner was so kind, helpfull. The room decoration was nice. Coffee,netflix, welcome serving at roof bar, lady at reception everything was great. We strongly suggest this place to all families. Everything was perfect! Olga is very kind, she gave us a little present when we arrived. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your holiday. It is very close to the centre. We were with a dog (German shepherd) and there was no problem with it! I hope we will come back soon! 🤗

Everything was perfect from the beginning. Owner sent us via WhatsUp all instructions of how to get to the hotel, where are the good restaurants near by, where is the good beach and also helped us with all our questions and issues during all the stay. Everything was very good: place, staff, cleanliness, communication. Will be happy to come back there next time :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The interior was tidy, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – which was definitely appreciated during the hot summer days. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, we immediately received some local tips about sights, restaurants, and nearby beaches. Everything was very well organized, and we felt at home right away. In short: a very pleasant stay and a place we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and an authentic Greek atmosphere!

    The apartment was very well kept and furnished. There was air conditioning in the hallway and in the kitchen, which made the stay very easy especially in the hot summer in Greece. The location was nearby a paid parking which rate was 4.6 for 24 h and 3.2 for 16 h. The host was extremely helpful and kind. They made sure we were accommodated and if we had any questions, we felt like we could ask. The apartment was big enough for 4 people and a dog. Everything about the place was great.

    Highly highly highly recommend! The best location in Kavala, very clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, there are coffee facilities and nice balconie where to drink your first coffee for the day. The host Mr Mantziokas Efthitmios is very kind and friendly. The apartment is dog friendly also. Perfect! Will visit definitely again soon the suite. Thank you, Mr Mantziokas!

    Apatment was a good size with a lovely large terrace and amazing views. Easy drive into town and hiking the surrounding streets was great exercise. My doggie enjoyed it as well. Good communication with the owners. Definitely recommend.

    The Hotel is quiet and the staff were all warm and friendly. Even Zeus, the dog in the hotel, he likes a lot people. It is a suitable accommodation for those who are looking for a quiet place even in the winter, and in the summer it is ideally located near the sea and hills. There has spacious and sufficient parking space, so it is highly recommended for travelers who travel by car or who want to stay in a quiet place.
