The tower is amazing! Nice spot, with parking and part of Kardamyli old town. Walkable distance from bars and restaurants - the restaurant next to it is also amazing. Litsa is an awesome and really helpful hostess.

A wonderful house, in the green, by the sea! perfect location! very well designed, modern, and the host checked us in personally, giving us also some information about the sightseeing and the local amenities. The host also offers services, such as breakfast and dinner with some discount. The quality of mattress and other details is amazing. Very well designed and comfortable. Also the bathroom is very comfortable with great personal hygene products.

I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I was skeptical about renting a room due to bad experiences in the past, but I was convinced by the price and the fact that the homeowner was a woman. I really appreciated that right after booking, I received a message clarifying that it was just a room and not the whole house, and that I could cancel the reservation for free. At that moment, I felt I was dealing with honest and kind people. Another plus was that I could communicate fluently in English. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She didn’t interfere with guests' lives and was almost invisible. The house had its own charm, and the views around were wonderful. A shop and restaurant are very close to the house. The place is clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the Greek atmosphere – time seems to pass slowly there. I found exactly what I needed, and I will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Agios Nikolaos. The location is truly perfect—right on the sea, with the soothing sound of the waves always in the background. It created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of charm. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the village. The surrounding area is also a delight to explore, with plenty of wonderful tavernas offering delicious local food and warm hospitality. Our host, Nota, was a lovely and generous lady who made us feel so welcome. Her warmth and hospitality really added to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway by the sea.

It is a very quiet place surrounded by nature, with beautiful natural architecture. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. Fantastic "chalet" surrounded by olive trees! We stayed a couple of nights at Soulis's place, and everything was perfect: the deck with sea view, the hammock, the room with its little terrace. Though small, the place has everything you need for your stay: a little kitchen, two bathrooms, an outside shower, and AC in the bedroom. Recommended!

    Wonderful quiet hotel, with a beautiful view of the sea from our large balcony. It had everything we needed facility-wise and Panos was a great host. Plus it was pet friendly so we got to bring our dog with us. Parking was also convenient and the garden beautiful.

    We loved absolutely everything!!! The staff was so friendly, towards our dog too, which we always appreciate it; the facilities are new, clean and very well maintained and the location is so unique right next to the town and the little port. The spa was an amazing addition to the whole experience! Would highly recommend it!

    Gorgeous property in great location, easy walk to beaches, tavernas and town! Very comfortable, stylish luxury, quiet and private, abundant welcoming amenities. Wonderful pool area, comfortable for a swim and just relaxing poolside. Appreciated being able to bring our quiet old dog! Great management, easy clear communication - 100% will stay again!
