Giorgi and his dad are nice, friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home since the first minute! The house has everything you might need and more, it’s well located and super clean. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The shower has good pressure and hot water towels and sheets are clean, wifi is very good. Bed was comfortable. It is very quiet, but close to the centre for restaurants. Also a short walk to marshutkas for Mestia(go for 10 am) We recommend Diaroni Restaurant. We had breakfast at the hotel it was delicious and very plentiful and in a lovley dining room. The owner is very nice and helpful,

We loved everything! Very clean, spacious room. The most comfiest beds we had in a long time. Great bathroom, the kitchen and dining area is nice too and had all we needed. Perfect place for us. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming despite the language barrier.
