Guilada is an absolutely amazing host and just such a kind human being, she made our trip unforgettable by treating us like family members, we laughed a lot together, she told us a lot about her past and we loved to stay in a house that’s 200 years old and have been in their family for generations. The view of the mountains is great, you can drink tea and watch the sunset from the dining table. Guilada made us Georgian food for breakfast and for dinner, and one of the breakfast she made for us is one of the best things I ever eaten. Thank you!

Excellent layout of the premises, well equipped with furniture and appliances. Fast Wi-Fi. A wide selection of sweets for tea - our little son was delighted! And finally - a gift from the owner - a bottle of excellent Brut! It was very unexpected and very pleasant! Great view of the city.1 minute walk to the main city park. It is very convenient to get there by car; there is private parking in the yard. There is a large summer kitchen with stove and barbecue. Very peaceful and comfortable place. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. They do everything to make the stay perfect. Very tasty breakfast.
