Was upgraded for free to the Hayloft suite. It is a fantastic room with kitchen, microwave, dishwasher etc.. The room comes with several TVs, large and cozy bunkbeds, nice king sized bed, lounge area AND terrasse!!! Truly a fantastic experience. Definitely the best room I have ever stayed in. Fantastic. Thank you.

If you want to enjoy the nature without forgoing the luxery of self-catering, this is the place for you. The lovely beautifully furnisings are also worth mentioning! All kitchen necessities (appliances) and untensils are provided!!! If you have nice weather (like we did) then our dream vacation is complete! The host is also warm and helpful, spoiling you with sweets and basic provisions, including the fridge! We will definitely be back; it is highly recommended! Thanks a lot to Vicky.

    The pet-friendly room that we had booked was provided with a box containing pet snacks, a pet bowl and a blanket. This was completely unexpected and very welcome. We were able to take meals ion the bar accompanied by our dog. The swimming pool water was heated to a comfortable temperature.

    We had our dog with us and nothing was to much trouble so would say the hotel was genuinely pet friendly. Comfortable beds, good size bathroom and good breakfast

    We loved the location in the centre of Lostwithiel. Easy to find & park. The reception staff member was friendly & helpful. We had a dog friendly room which was perfect. The treats, bowl & towel, etc., was appreciated.

    The thought the hotel puts in to pamper their furry guests, our dogs had their own treat box in the room with treats, poo bags and more ! , The humans were well catered for , the breakfast was excellent , and the facilities are first class, will be visiting again soon.

    The room was clean, spacious with cottage style character furnishings. The food was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We travel with our two dogs often and not only was this place dog friendly, it was the one place that doesn’t charge extra for pets to stay. I would rate it 5 stars for that alone! Also, breakfast was included in the price and was huge! The owner, Simon, was lovely and extremely helpful. I would fully recommend staying here!
