Fantastic hotel. Very clean and large room for the price. Situated across the road from Blackpool North Station. A few blocks from the Tower. I was on the 1st floor and had no noise issues. Thr toiletries were to die for. I'm now trying to buy online. The only thing I'd say as a critique and only because I'm fussy with my linen is the bedsheets was a wee bit messy. Just needed to be straightened.....like an army bed.. that's what I like.

Couldn't have been happier with this booking. Always a risk booking B&Bs in Blackpool as there are so many but we were so happy with the room, cleanliness, breakfast. The owners were so accommodating at breakfast. Breakfast is made to order and they can accommodate all options. We will definitely book again here and we are so happy we have found it.

Absolutely beautiful property, came with my children, and we all loved it. The detail to furnishing in the property was exceptional really high quality and beautiful. Will honestly be staying here from now on will not stay anywhere else now I have found this GEM.

Bed was so comfortable!. We enjoyed our days out but couldn't wait to get back, have showers and chill. Really does feel like being at home. Whole Guest house was spotless clean. All the little touches are so cute (dog treats, balls & towels. Human treats greatly appreciated also :) would definitely recommend and stay again.

    Great location just 10 minute ish walk into town centre, cheap onsite parking, friendly staff and most of all very pet friendly. Even though dogs are not allowed in the restaurant they have plenty of tables in the bar area where you can have your breakfast. We didn’t use the restaurant but was made aware that this was possible on their website.

    Super big family home within walking distance of all of Blackpool’s main attractions, spotlessly clean and all beautifully decorated and still pet friendly. Dog bed and bowl provided- such a lovely touch. Very speedy reply’s from owner -couldn’t ask for anything more

    Loved that it's pet friendly, i also loved the location right across from the beach. Tony the owner was welcoming and friendly to both me and the dog . The room was as described on Booking.com, it was spotless and had a great view of the prom, illuminations and passing heritage trams from the window. Blackpool Tower and town centre was just a short walk away.

    It allowed pets (dogs) which people who enjoy taking their pets on holiday. He owns his own dog names dora she was lovely, he is upgrading his hotel to a fully pet friendly hotel. The beaches and attractions were literally 2 mins walk from the hotel the room was a family room two doubles and single beds plus it was two rooms into the same room. Sea view. Cooked breakfast in the morning too. He and his wife were very welcoming and made a big fuss off the dogs.

    perfect location, excellent host and fabulous value. we had a great nights sleep. our dog was welcome, the bar was well stocked and the host allowed us to bring back Fish and chips and even brought us cutlery. We struggled to find a dog friendly restaurant so this was really appreciated.
