We felt incredibly welcome thanks to Rachel and Andy! They really are the sweetest! Binkie, our Jack Russell, also got enough attention. Super cozy B&B. We had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor with good beds and coffee and tea making facilities. Every morning we were served a fantastic breakfast. We had nice conversations and got a lot of tips for the area. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and Hastings is about 15 minutes by car. Enough restaurants nearby and supermarket also within walking distance. We hope to visit again!

    Everything, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and dog friendly. The light meals in the bar area in the evening really suited us. The bed was super comfortable and there was always piping hot water. Really loved the grounds and the area.

    A perfect location with extensive grounds to walk in. The breakfast had a wide choice and tasted delicious. We booked an afternoon tea which was very impressive and enjoyed by all. A dog friendly hotel too a real bonus.

    Lovely country house, large tastefully decorated rooms. All staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Dog friendly stay. The evening meal was stunning. We enjoyed exploring the grounds, a beautiful location.

    Stunning grounds, amazingly helpful staff, genuinely dog friendly ( not just dog tolerant), possibly cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and pillows , bathroom fittings and carpet seemed brand new. Spacious. Delicious meals.
