    Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent "petit déjeuner". Centrally located wrt center town, train station, etc. Close to all that is required for a traveler. Car parking under the hotel was a nice feature for a couple of nights. I could walk anywhere in town. Close to the Vilaine river which except for its brown color, has its charm. I would highly recommend it and would go back to it if going back to Rennes in the future.

    A Great Hotel, staff were very friendly , rooms were brilliant as was the breakfast . The resident cat was awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Great restaurants literally across the road so location is great.

    Great location. Two minutes from a park ideal for your dog and about 10 minutes walk to centre of Rennes. Easy access to supermarket as well. Nice studio appartment with small balcony and nice view over garden and river. Everything you needed was provided and it was easy to settle in a be comfortable for a couple of nights stay. Parking just outside the block of flats. Fred who met us was friendly, helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

    It is my 4th or 5th time in the hotel. My rating has been a 5 star all the way through. A perfect example of a successful boutique hotel, friendly staff, very professional in a relax way, very quiet environment, and pet friendly with a nice walk in a "jardin ouvrier" in the back of the hotel. For the breakfast, starting at 6.30am during weekdays, the baguette is still warm from the backer's oven...to die for!

    The staff was very helpful, the compact apartment was very clean and well equipped. It's located very close to a small supermarket which is handy on a Sunday since many shops, restaurants were closed when I arrived. An added bonus is that they're pet friendly (had to pay a small fee) and they were very accommodating.
