Great location, right in the middle of the city. There are flexible sleeping options for up to 6 people which was great for our family. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. The apartment has a lot of charm and the roof terrace is a great asset. There is even a piano downstairs if you fancy tinkling the ivories.

the apartment is really lovely with what looks like relatively new fixtures & fittings. The location is superb - 10 minutes tops walk to the main square, but away from noise of bars/shops etc. One of the war cemeteries was in walking distance too (about 15/20 mins) and via a beautiful park with Go-Ape style rope swings. Railway station is approx 10 mins walk & buses frequent. Lots to explore. Fantastic communication with the host. There was a family in the apartment downstairs from us with young children, but no noise could be heard. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great correspondence with host and property was superbly situated just around the corner from what appears to be the centre of Arras. We were looking for somewhere to stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs and it was perfect. TV and Netflix and great wifi and all the basics you need to stay here. My wife said it was the best shower she had in our 2 weeks of travelling and staying in 5 different places! We picked Arras at random as somewhere to stay before a long drive south and so pleased we did as beautiful architecture and very vibrant. Parking good value locally and loads of bars / restaurants nearby and felt safe walking around the area.

    Excellent Hotel in great location - we have stayed here several times - 5 minute walk to the centre -Christmas lights and market are amazing - dog friendly - comfortable and well appointed rooms - staff superb - private car park and only 1 + hour from the tunnel.
