- The staff are really nice and make sure you have a great time! - We had some nice vegetarian food. - The location is beautiful on a beach you have pretty much to yourselves with other beaches nearby to explore. - Great areas around to swim and snorkel.

We spent 2 nights here. The room was clean and we had free wifi and electricity. The hosts are true entertainers and made sure we got the full fijian experience. From showing us around the village to hosting a kava ceremony, there was a little bit of everything. There was enough fijian cousin to feed everyone twice. The beach is beautiful, and we loved snorkeling and relaxing in the hammocks on the beach that we had to ourselves. You can borrow snorkeling gear or a kayak free of charge. We especially enjoyed being shown how they make the lovo (a fijian dirt oven) while drinking a coconut straight from the tree. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

This was my most enjoyable and relaxing stay of my yasawa trip. So many positives. The place its self is separate from the families quarters so you feel like you have real privacy. The family are all lovely and non intrusive. The kids are the cutest things ever. The bed is of quality hotel standards with a priceless mosquito net. Finally the food was excellent and abundant, every time catering for my pescatarian needs. Was very sad to leave.

Our stay at Long Beach Resort was exceptional. The staff was incredibly nice and shared with enthusiasm their culture with us. They were always more than happy to help with any requests we had as well as spend time with the guests, creating a genuine connection with everyone. We truly felt on vacation on this beautiful island, the food was very good and the activities entertaining. The warmth and hospitality of the staff made our time on this beautiful island truly unforgettable. For those seeking an authentic Fijian experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Long Beach Resort. It's a perfect blend of traditional Fijian style, warm hospitality, delicious cuisine, and engaging activities. Thank you again to the lovely staff!

Joe and is wife are amazing ! Friendly, nice and deep people if you are looking for a truely local experience that's just the right place ! The facilities are good, the food they make is really good too, the beach on this island is amazing (coral in front of the resort, blue lagoon beach not far). Also the price is really good value too, I have spend more than 1 month in the Fidgis island and this homestay was far away the best experience I neither either ad they're !

Really appreciated Emily and her family they were great hosts/guides. spear fishing was one of the many highlights along with picureesque views above and underwater good bush ,Coconut husking and even got to play vollyball with the locals who were really friendly, also had a good laugh playing cards with the Fijian boys! Sure food wasn't 5 star but it was tasty and there was always enough (even for my 2 teenage sons). If your happy to forego some luxurys Wai Makre is an amazing experiance in a stunning location. Thanks Wai Makre crew!
