We stayed in Cada do Campo on the night of the electric outage, as part of the Portuguese to Santiago camino. Our host , Uxio, went above and beyond to make our stay at his accommodation pleasant and to support us getting groceries in as all the shops, restaurants, and hotels had closed because of the electricity outage The accommodation was excellent, very beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a really spacious back patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ .

    The location is the best for Comino de Santiago walkers(it's on the camino!). The staff was very kind, recommended great selection of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is really good, too.
