This is really a very special place where you wish never to have to go. Clarita the owner lady from this super cozy and beautiful hostal and here family is super friendly and nice it feels like you are a part of their family. Our room was super nice and clean especially due to the roomservice which is really nice to have for this price :) fantastic was the food which will be served every morning and evening. Clarita prepared us for a small price also a delicious lunchbox. Last but not least is the hostal located in a amazing landscape.

Definitely the owners, patricia and Jose, and the staff were the highlight of our stay. For any given question, problem or ask they were always promptly ready to help with anything. The second greatest highlight was the food — it was really good too!

John was a great host. Whether it was laundry, grocery shopping or the hike the next day, he helped me with everything. The atmosphere is very familiar and warm. I had a great stay and a really fun evening, which may also have been due to the homemade liquor that John had unpacked later in the evening.

Really liked my stay! Friendly staff, really comfortable bed! Food was good, I got to choose what time to eat. Good WiFi, a lot better than I expected! Was given a Dia de los Muertos drink for free, because I was there at that day, which was a super sweet gesture! Really affordable stay, and would definitely recommend for people doing the Quilotoa loop!
