    Mattress was far too soft for me, but the room was otherwise very comfy. Would have benefited from having air con but the staff who cleaned my room was kind enough to leave the curtains closed everyday (as I did when I left the room in the morning) which made the temperature bearable overall. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very nice and helpful, restaurant food was very good, hotel conveniently located 3 min away from bus stop to the castles (or 40 min walk down the road).

    Breakfast was excellent. My room was beautiful with the BEST view of the lake. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. They secured three additional bicycles for us from Fussen, delivered to the resort. Check in and out was simple. I couldn't have asked for a better location to vacation!

    A very charming little hotel with good size rooms many with a view or partial view of Neuschwanstein. Parking and dogs allowed make this very worthwhile. Pleasant staff, and a nice pizzeria on the location.
