Everything was pretty well organized remotely, and this was really great as we didnt have to meet the reception or carry a card for opening the doors. Everything is done through the app from opening the garage door to the main door and the room door. Payment was also done through the app. The building is an old building that has been renovated recently by the hotel management. Therefore the rooms are big and well designed and super clean. Therefore the is a smart tv and easy to connect to your hand phone for using your movie apps.

Visited Eberswalde as part of a cycling trail. Location lies slightly out of the centre, but makes up for it in terms of price/quality. Hotel rooms are in the back of the terrain, decent sized rooms. Everything was amazing! The location is right by the lake, perfect for summer time. Or even wintertime when we went. The breakfast spread was amazing, totally worth the money. The rooms were spacious, overlooking the property or lake. There is a sauna near the lake, unfortunately it was all booked out so I will definitely come again for that. The staff was very polite, despite our language barriers.

Lovely big apartment, cool new electronics and facilities, nice shower, very clean, hosts were very kind and responsive. We were just a couple traveling and had a very nice stay, I believe it's even nicer for families with kids. Highly recommend :)
