Amazing and very affordable stay in Chemnitz. Stayed here during Film Festival and liked it very much. The room is very spacious, fully equipped, with amazing and very comfortable bed. The location is also great - it is just 20 minutes away from the central square in a quite neighborhood.

The staff were genuinely helpful. We turned up at 9.45 on a Saturday night and the chef made a plate of vegetables for my slightly fussy wife! The room was huge, and had lots of quirky, tasteful touches. Everything was well thought out. My one suggestion would be to change the name: "boarding-house" in English sounds cheap and a bit tacky, and this was anything but. Recommended.

Everything was clean, recently renovated, with fresh bed linen and comfortable beds. The room was spacious and bright, and had everything we needed — a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine. We were kindly allowed to stay with our small dogs, which we really appreciated. The location is convenient, and there's free parking available. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor — the fish and various types of meat prepared in Greek style were excellent!

    Spacious apartment in a nice and green location. We travelled with a dog so it was a good place to stay and have walks with our dog. The apartment has everything that you need for a stay. The landlord was very helpful and flexible, even though we arrived later than expected-that was no problem. Thank you!
