The location for us is great: there is a Minimarket right across the building, a 2-minute walk to the main road to catch a collectivo to the city, and the best part for us: no need for a taxi to get to the airport as its just 10min walking, 15 if you take your time. Very cool. Yet you dont hear any planes starting or landing (I guess one reason I the constant wind in Cabo Verde blowing from north all the time). The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. Families, police officers, nurses, doctors... The owner is very friendly and lives in another appartement of the building. Always reachable via booking or WhatsApp, and she will sure be there when you arrive. The appartement is massive, there are two bedrooms (with each 1 big bed), a bathroom with hot shower, a kitchen, a small balcony, a huge living room with couch, TV, diner area...and even a washing machine. Everything is superclean, there are enough plugs to charge and the WiFi works great. Can't find better, even for that price. I can totally recommend this place!!!

This location exceeded expectations! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel was tranquil and clean with gorgeous views. The people of the town are incredibly friendly and if you visit, be sure to ask for directions to the museum which was an AMAZINGLY informative and interesting interactive experience!

The apartment is big and comfortable, and close to the coast, the beaches, and city center. Maria and Osvaldo and their children are amazing hosts, they are very welcoming and available to answer questions and share their life and culture. It is very clean and spacious apartment in a new area of Praia.Restaurants can be found to walking distance as well the markets. The owner/manager Kutello speaks a bit of English and he is very eager to help. He acted as a friend. The car can be parked free of charge front of the building.. Kitchen has all the facilities for cooking. Very good Internet connections.
