This is an amazing and stylish new property, well located in close proximity to Parque Tayrona and the beach at Mendihuaca. It is spacious enough for a large family and has a great kiosk and bbq area. The grounds are lush and well kept as the rest of the property. We felt so welcome by the owners on arrival and the property keepers Luz and Yair looked after us very well throughout our stay and took us on a day trip to the nearby river and made the most delicious sancocho on site. Would definitively recommend a stay here in this family and dog friendly property.

Finca Gordita is a delightful home run by the incredibly friendly and helpful, Juan, who made our visit memorable. We originally booked for a couple of days and then extended to a week. Great value. Our room was simple and comfortable. Juan, let us use his refrigerator and washing machine (for a small fee) and offered us lifts into Calabazo or even Santa Marta when he was going that way. With a large pool, it was a place to easily relax. It’s located about 2 km along the main highway from Calabazo and the western entrance into Tayrona National Park and it set back from the road, from which there's a little traffic noise but it's not intrusive. Staying here was a real pleasure.

This is probably the most peaceful accommodation I have ever stayed at, in nature with a small creek running through the site. The staff is extremely kind and the food they offer is absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The rooms have everything you could need, including a fan and mosquito net. The pool is lovely and there are many areas with balconies and hammocks to relax in. The location is ideal; only a few meters away from where the collectivos drop you off and from the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona.

Perfectly located right at the Calabazo entrance for the Tayrona parc. The ticket office is not even 50m away, allowing a very early entry in the parc! Very clean room, good breakfast in a lovely patio. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to wait for us arriving at 11pm.

Ramon and Paola bring you down to earth and make your soul at peace. They are perfect hosts and make delicious breakfast. The place is beautiful, with many friendly animals. Its walking distance from the tayrona entrance and also has other lovely walks and rivers nearby. I could not recommend more.

Serrano Lodge is a quiet place in the mountains. A bit tough to walk there with the too heavy backpacks but you get immediately rewarded when you arrive. ( you can also get a mototaxi) Paulo and Brunela are the sweetest people, welcomed us and looked after us very well. The dogs and cat were cute. ( Mateo ☺️) The caban is very confortable and the terrasse is massive. The breakfast is good and we had dinner there on the 2 nights we stayed. The walk to Tayrona is about 45 minutes, down to the river and along the main road, or you can take the bus. Thank you, we recommend 🙏

I spent two nights at Kuima. It felt like arriving at the spa. The rooms are beautiful, the shower is large and has hot water, the AC and ceiling fan work great and the hammocks out front of the room are a nice touch. The whole property is beautiful and very peaceful. Breakfast is included and it's very good. The manager of the property is incredibly welcoming, kind and very helpful. He was able to provide a lot of information about the area and help me arrange my transportation to and from the property. Superb!

    The hotel is located at the beginning of the calabazo entrance, which makes it very convinient if you are planing to hike Tayrona. At the hotel there is everything you need to relax, and chill after a long day in the park. Don't hesitate to grab breakfast and eat there in the evening, the cook is fantastic ! I really liked the chill vibe and the friendliness of the hosts.

    I had a lovely stay here! So serene and peaceful surrounded by nature. The room was comfortable, the location nicely situated close to Tayrona, the staff was very helpful, and the food was delicious!

    We loved everything about our stay! You are immersed in the natural beauty with so many lovely animals on the property, including peacocks, chickens, lizards, a parrot, tons of hummingbirds and friendly dogs and cat! It’s conveniently located close to the national park too, which makes it super easy to get to. The room was good, location was great, pool was lovely and staff were so friendly.

    It’s a very cozy hotel with two swimming pools and loads of greenery. The room is big and comfortable too and the staff is lovely. So are the resident cats! We loved the location: 1km to the Calabazo entrance. You can ask the bus driver to drop you off at the hotel!
