"Staying here was a dream thanks to the breathtaking river view! Waking up to the golden sunrise painting the water and watching boats glide by at dusk felt like a living postcard. The floor-to-ceiling windows made every moment with the river visible—sipping morning coffee or unwinding with wine, the view never disappointed. Super convenient location and overlooks the river. The staff were so incredibly attentive and kind and always offered to help me. Particularly the manager - he even drove me to the subway station to catch a bullet train to Chengdu and always happy to help with whatever questions I had. I would absolutely come back - as a solo female traveller this felt very safe.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communicating on WeChat before and during the stay was very useful. The location is peaceful at night due to being in a pedestrian only area, and surrounded by places to eat. Highly recommend the Only Cafe next door. Clean and beautiful room and great amenities!

    Fantastic location of the hotel. Polite staff. Very spacious suite for three adults and one child. Comfortable and very clean beds. In general, the entire suite is clean. Breakfast is ok, but the restauran can be very crowded because the dininning area is small for such a large hotel. However, the staff reacts quickly and cleans the tables, so you don't have to wait long.
