The hotel was remote but very nice, with cows walking on the backyard and deers. Really nice view in the mornings with mist around the trees. The whole area felt like it was connected with the hotel, good food in the restaurant.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Alpina. The owner Richard was very easygoing, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, good variety, they make eggs however way you want them. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. And for my room 201 the bathroom was renovated and very nicely done. I even got a partial view of the lake from my room. The attention to detail throughout the hotel made it so funky yet so cozy. I would definitely stay there again. There’s also a beautiful pathway from the hotel that takes you directly parallel to the lake and a little waterfall

This is a family hotel of local. One of the purpose of my trip is to experience local houses of wood, this is the right one! Very friendly family, with their lovely dog and animals. Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more than what is provided in other apartments. (eg baking paper). The owner of the apartment, the wonderful Irma, collects the garbage for recycling once a day, and about once every two days the normal garbage. We stayed five nights and after three nights she changed our towels. Everything we wanted we got. When the internet stopped going up, she came up to us and didn't leave until we saw that it was working again. The location is excellent. A quiet town within a very short walking distance to a train station from where you can go anywhere. to the main sites in the region and through Interlaken to any other city. There is convenient parking for guests.
