The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. She said your hotel exceeded that! Accommodation, service, breakfast, all top notch. Thank you for making my daughters stay so wonderful!

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had informed them that I will be traveling with my dog and they had even arranged a dog bed, towel, and bowls in the room in advance. The ambience of the hotel was also very peaceful and I had access to the wellness facilities. My dog and I really enjoyed our nature escape and were able to recharge our batteries at the hotel!

    very convenient location , just 2 minutes walk way from the railway station. The room has a very good view of the mountain. The hotel located is only 2 stops of train from Rigi Kulm. It is a pefect experience to walk a bit around the hotel at the Rigi, extremly beautiful view especially in the morning and in the later afternoon... The breakfast of the hotel is quite good, lots of choices.
