Everything. Isabelle the host if a fab lady ,very friendly super helpful and soooo nice 🙂. Quiet area with beautiful views . House is cute with all u need in . They also have super cute dog Nero 🐶 I would definitely recommend this property. hoping to be back there soon 🥰

This place was just amazing! The view from our balcony the best I can imagine in the town, and the whole room really cozy, even if not too big. The bathroom was also recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was also great, and I was so happy to see many vegan options! The stuff lovely, and helpful with guests. Honestly, this was our favourite place in Switzerland, can’t wait to come back here during our next visit.

This was my favourite hotel during our honeymoon trip! The owners are kind and friendly. They decorated our room beautifully with a giant balloon, some sweets and a heartwarming card after learning it was our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake and mountain views outside the hotel. It is located 1 stop away from Interlaken Ost so you can get more peace and privacy away from crowds. 8-10 min walk with heavy luggages to the station. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus, cheese and variety of bread. There’s no mocha but the owner kindly asked what it’s like and made it for me, it was delicious. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and great views!

This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful starting from the reception, with a beautiful attitude. The rooms are super clean. The hotel ambiance is superb especially if you are looking to live the swiss Alp experience with its woody furniture style and cozy atmosphere. My first visit was in summer and the weather was good in the room. There is a fan that cools the place in a good way. The hotel location is perfect. Beautiful scenery surrounds it including the Jungfrau mountain. The area of the hotel is quiet which makes you enjoy the scenery more. Everything is within a walking distance, nevertheless, two bust stations are within a few steps from the hotel. We had breakfast and it was very good. The style of the breakfast room is beautiful. It lets you feel you are living in a swiss Alp home. The food variety was very good. They would ask daily about how you would prefer to have your eggs in case you would like to eat eggs for breakfast. Our experience in this hotel added a lot of joy to our visit to Interlaken.

Property (Krokus - double storey house good for 6pax) is very clean, warm, cosy and has a fully equipped Kitchen. Lake behind property is very beautiful. Owner Matt was very responsive and helpful. Location is very good, has a small supermarket just outside property and 3 supermarkets (Migro, Coop and Avec) a short walk away near Interlaken West train station. Our transfer from Interlaken West to Zermatt was hassle free even with luggage in tow. Free transport bus pass was given as well, transfer via free bus to Interlaken OST to explore Junfraujoch and Mount First was easy. Highly recommended to stay here!

We brought our dog who was made very wellcome 2 mins walk to bus & boat stations. 1 min walk to restaurant that is also dog friendly Lovely owners Breakfast was great and any special requests welcome. Tea, coffee & water in your room Fridge on landing for all to use. No lift

    Everything is perfect Helpful host, beautiful place, perfect for hiking. nice apartment, clean and cozy... equipped kitchen... Good experience in swiss country side with farmer host, kids loved to see cows, goats, cat, and dog... Perfect for walk, if someone want to walk a bit uphill then do not drive by car, take a bus and walk a bit...to reach the apartment... Not recommended with baby stroller...or wheelchair...

    Beautiful old house, very cozy atmosphere, the host was very friendly and easy to arrange a late check out. Perfect location to go on walks and admire the nature without all the tourists and chaos from Interlaken. Our dog loved it too, we will come back!

    The staff was really nice. The place was near lake Brienz, you had beach access, breakfast if you wanted, a really cozy common room and cozy bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozy, warm and you have a beautiful view from each window. The place was dog friendly, which was good since we had our husky with us. And the staff was really amazing.
