Amazing stay! Great, new hotel with superb amenities. There is a spacious underground parking, great wellness, big room with mountains view and super comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Local honey and chocolate spread to die for! Yummy! The rooms were very well noise-isolated. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon!

The apartment was in the mountains so the scenery to get there was beautiful. There was also a few dining and grocery store nearby. The bus stop was a 3min walk away. The host was very responsive to messages and I appreciated we were able to wash our clothes.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

Staff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).

    We loved the possibility of electric charging in the garage, easily applied with the given Wi-Fi code on the panel. The restaurant was cozy, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival in our room bowls, a dog bed with a blanket, and a package of treats were placed for our furry baby's convenience. The room was spacious and warm, really homelike. Saunas were superb. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location with the unbelievably stunning scenery also spoke for itself.
