Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

This place is a little paradise for families. We felt relaxed and close to nature. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay here. Our kids truly enjoyed the natural beauty and especially loved the animals — the llamas, donkey, goats and more! The play area and toys were perfect for them. Very clean and new like hotel. You can get warm tea, coffee, soup for a fee in the machine. Hot water and MW for free use at reception. Free ticket for traveling by bus, metro at Lausanne. Restaurant at hotel has very delicious food and extremely friendly personnel.

Great hotel in the best area of Lausanne, Switzerland. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and the water. The Staff were all very friendly and would always check you had everything you needed. The hotel and rooms are clean and nicely designed. Spacious bathroom with good hairdryer and magnifying mirror! :) The chocolate fountain at the reception was a nice touch, which is a testament to the Swiss' love for their world-famous chocolates. Proximity to metro and free travel tickets made it very easy to get around. Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a good stay, good food and hospitality. It was a comfortable stay overall.
