The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel as 5/5 for his friendly and kind staff.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️

Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately impressed. It was a well-maintained, clean, and comfortable home. The kitchen was fully equipped and tidy, and a Smart TV with all the entertainment apps was available. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. If you rise early in the morning, the glow on the mountains during sunrise is sufficient to capture the essence of the location.

Great room, carved wooden bed and furniture, location was incredible just a walk from the Giger museum and bar right in the old town centre. Breakfast was good selections of meat fruit cheese bread and yogurts and the usual. Use of coffee machine in a beautiful lounge room with a log fire in the evenings in November. The staff were particularly helpful and made you feel very welcome.

Very good Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, the breakfast was very good, there is a large selection, there is also gluten-free bread. The staff is kind and helpful. The tunnel to the thermal bath is cool. The thermal is very good, big, not so crowded. There are many places for excursions around the hotel. The town has its own tele cabin to the mountain with a nice view. So absolutely recommended, we will return.

    Very nice hotel. Conveniently located above the train station, you can find many stores below. Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable, no light through the window, delicious breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The train station is perfect for visiting different places!
