We stayed in the apartment part of the accommodation, which is brand new. There’s an elevator to the rooms, and everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is amazing! There are lots of hiking trails nearby, and also many other places to see in the area. Breakfast was tasty and enough for a good start to the day. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They often asked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. I definitely recommend this place!

Turnau is a very small village, so if you want peace and quiet, this is a perfect place. The little cottage we had was perfect, cozy, comfortable and warm, but it was equipped with everything needed (coffee machine, tv, fridge, cooking appliances). The whole inn had quite a traditional vibe, which I really liked, because I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is continental (so pastries and hams + soft boiled eggs) and it was really delicious. Everything was perfect!

i loved the room, the furniture was brand new, everything in the hotel is redecorated with great taste and staff was more than nice and very willing to help. food was delicious and very qualitive ingredients were used. i loved it overall and i would come to it every time i will be in Kapfenberg

The rooms have duvets filled with alpaca wool, which are incredibly soft and lightweight. Breakfast has a warm, homely feel – in the best possible way.     It is a lovely, spacious, comfortable apartment with friendly and helpful hosts. Our dog was also welcomed, and she liked the place, too. The steps may be steep for smaller dogs, but it was easily manageable for ours. Excellent hiking trails are within easy reach by car, and there are good walks near the house for the dog.

    Alfenz Kurort is a very nice small town and so is this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice and helpful staff. Also the location is great, few steps from a supermarket or a bakery. The lift is about 1 km walk. We really enjoyed our stay there.

    Classic-style, slightly old but comfortable accommodation with a great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, although the selection was not very wide. The reason could be the time of our stay: we arrived off-season. On request, they are ready to prepare hot breakfast (e.g. ham & eggs or scrambled eggs). Overall, everything was fine, although the value for money ratio is not the best.
