The interior design was charming and cozy, creating a perfect environment to relax after a long day. This is a very comfortable place to stay for overnight with kitchen,hot shower,refrigerator and everything you need when traveling. The owner couple are so kind ,they also upgrade our room as it’s not a busy day.Their daughter speaks English,so there’s no problem for communication. The included breakfast is delicious,we also add the dinner which is also excellent Armenian style homemade food,a good experience for tourists. Parking is convenient right by the house.We feel very lucky and safe to choose this guesthouse.

We found everything about Iris B&B exceptional, our host Irina was very helpful, and the food she cooked for us the best we have ever had at a B&B. The location is ideal for visiting the many attractions in the area, and as cat lovers the friendly outdoor cats around the property were a bonus. We have many fond memories of our stay here.

Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!
