Su Homestay is a recently renovated guest house in Cao Bằng, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property features mountain and garden views. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We had a road accident during our stay and the owner helped us tremendously. He packed all our things for us and brought it to hospital and stayed in touch with us for anything we needed. Her English is perfect, so easy to communicate with. She took so much time to help every guest to organise their itinerary and was full of tips. Dinner was delicious! A lot of vegetarian options too. The dorm was spacious and clean and the beds were warm and comfy. Curtains for privacy. The bathroom was also clean with a good hot shower. I rented a bike for 7 days to go from Cao Bang to Ha Giang and it was such good quality. Didn't have a single problem with it, and she was available all along via WhatsApp with tips on route choices, homestays along the way, activity recommendations and of course always checking in I was ok. This was my best experience hands down in all my 45 days in Vietnam.
