The grounds and the hotel itself were beautiful, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a sometimes cranky toddler with us and throughout the stay they did all they could to cheer him up. Prior to our stay, they reached out to change our rooms to better accommodate our group, and the change was perfect, complete with a shared balcony with a view of Mt Meru. The food at the restaurant was great, and it was the perfect respite spot after three days driving all over the parks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Arusha!

The staff went out of their way to make my stay the best. I highly recommend you stay here if you in the area. If you have the option, choose the suite. It is huge and had the best bed ever. Every detail was carefully thought out. The grounds are spectacular. I spent two days photographing the beautiful birds.
