Free parking is available, upon request. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything you expect with friendly staff, clean and ample parking; but with so many other things which put it above the rest. The botanical gardens attached are beautiful, the use of the thermal pool to cap off your evening is magical and the food from either of the two restaurants is exceptional. Highly recommend.

We booked a weeks stay and oved the villa and the location. João ( the resort owner) and the Reception team were very friendly and attentive and ensured our stay went well. The villa had high quality fittings throughout with some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. For horse lovers and riding enthusiasts, you can book personal riding classes on the resorts prized Lusitano horses. Our daughter loved her classes! Theres a llovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi too.A fabulous experience and we cant wait to come back when we are next in the Azores. :) Thank you.

And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us.
