Her teenage nephew, Eddy, was my guide for hike up at Rondon Ridge lodge. It was quite an adventure using public tranport to go up for a hike and picnic afterwards - ask him to play drums using his fingers😉 I even accompanied the family to the church service on Sunday. I only stayed four nights but felt very much at home and very welcome.
