They were always available at every hour. The nice warm showers : when reading comments about other hotels, I noticed that plenty of them do not have or have little hot water. Well in la luna you can have nice hot showers. Breakfast à la carte was included

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar, Mercado, Pescados Capitales, La Cucharita, Matria, among others. We had only five hours between a flight arriving and being picked up for a coach journey, but this hotel was great, comfortable room and a packed breakfast, reven tho we arrived very late and left very early.

The rooms were spacious and lovely (we had a room with two beds) and well equipped with night tables, lamps, good lighting, space for luggage. The breakfast was great and delicious (with eggs, breads, juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, home made jam, cereals - lots to choose from) and the lobby serves free tea, coffee and water all day. Location was great too; walking distance from many places in MIraflores and a block away from a supermarket. We stayed for two nights and then came back for another two after our trip to northern Peru.
