Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . Muscat International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Downtown Muscat and Al Alam Palace are a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Car rental can be arranged by the 24-hour staff. Free private parking is available at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.
