I had a great time during my 3 days stay at Fort Guesthouse, its located in old town Mutrah and its a 7 min. walk to the souq and restaurants. The owner is friendly and the caretakers Mubarak and Nihara are so kind and helpfull and took great care of me while I was there. Would stay there again if coming back to Muscat.

Muscat International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Downtown Muscat and Al Alam Palace are a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Car rental can be arranged by the 24-hour staff. Free private parking is available at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. It was an exceptional experience of the perfection of life. I hated to leave. Everything and the food was exceptional. I will go back again and again.
