However, what truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary presence of the manager, Dol. From the moment we arrived, Dol exuded warmth, kindness, and an unmistakable passion for hospitality. With decades of experience as a trekking guide, his vast knowledge and resourcefulness was evident in every interaction. His mastery of professionalism, practicality, good sense and great humour is rare even in 5-star deluxe hotel managers. There are many excellent hotel managers out there, but Dol goes above and beyond what can be learned. He welcomed us not merely as guests, but as friends, and he made us feel like our comfort and well-being were among his highest priorities. His genuine care helped make our our stay a memorable journey of discovery and delight. Dol's wisdom and generous spirit provided not only exceptional service but also an inspiring reminder of the beauty of human connection. Ideally located in Kathmandu, Divine Kathmandu Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. My five-day stay went great mostly thanks to the efforts of the manager who really accommodated every need that arose. I appreciate the care and assistance during my stay and it was instrumental in my enjoying the trip. This attention really overrides all the small issues here and there. The manager really knows how to work with clients. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and nice. I was expecting breakfast to be the same every day but the diversity of options truly surprised. Omlette station was an amazing addition and western options (especially the porridge) were most appreciated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There is even a balcony. The location is amazing. For a three-star hotel this is definitely a great deal. I would totally recommend!

Such a lovely hostel right in the heart of the Thamel but it is so peaceful and tranquil with a nice garden space. Comfortable beds/pillows with privacy curtains and sockets/lights etc. The design of the bunk beds are nice with wide steps to climb up to so doesn’t feel like a bunk at all. Spacious showers with hot water. Staff are SO nice and friendly, they are always ready to help with anything. I felt very safe here as there is a large gate locked at night and 24 hour security/night shift staff. The staff are also constantly cleaning including bathrooms. 😀 WiFi is excellent. I organised the Manaslu trek via Pramod and it was incredible. I experienced a family bereavement during the trek and the staff on the trek and in the hostel couldn’t have been nicer to me. I appreciated it so much and will never forget your kindness 🙏

Great place in a perfect location, right in Thamel but far enough from all the busy streets. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious and the rooms and specially the beds are super comfortable. We stayed both times when we were in Kathmandu, definitely recommend!

The hotel is 400 m from Thamel Chowk , 500 m from Garden of Dreams and 1.0 km from Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The famous Kathmandu Durbar Square is 1.2 km away. Tribhuvan International Airport is 5 km away. The property offers free parking. They picked me up from the Airport which was very convenient since I traveled over night. They served me breakfast alight after the breakfast time and I was very grateful for it. Small room but good shower with good WiFi and amazing location.
